To Our Valued DCA Representatives and Customers,


The shop is producing dehumidifiers and our office is fully staffed.

Because DCA builds machinery that supplies and supports critical infrastructure, i.e. hospitals, water treatment facilities, government installations, etc., we are considered “essential manufacturing.”

Therefore, we are open and doing business as usual. We are following recommended guidelines and doing everything we can to keep our employees safe during this crisis.

At this time, we will continue to serve our customers from the factory. The sales department will continue to provide quotes in a timely manner from our offices until further notice.

We are here to take calls from our customers, provide technical support, and are shipping parts orders via UPS or FedEx.

Our lead times have not changed, although we need to remain flexible with our build schedule as some projects may take on a critical nature. There has been some slowdown in new orders; that was to be expected. This may work in our favor for the time being, allowing our shop to get caught up.

We appreciate every single one of you and thank you for your cooperation, patience and understanding. This is where we stand at this time.

However, things could change with little notice. We are monitoring issues on a state and national level. So far, our vendors are all still up and running. We don’t anticipate any delays in obtaining dehumidifier parts or components.
